The Cubs and Rays fell short of a title last season. Now they're doing something about it. The Cubs ink volatile, but talented Milton Bradley to balance their lineup, Scott Miller says. Not to be outdone, the AL champion Rays add some right-handed power by signing Pat Burrell.
